Who we are

Frank Gummich is an experienced and dedicated professional in the construction industry. With an MBA and master's degree in construction engineering, he is well suited to understand complex engineering topics and offer innovative solutions to general construction challenges.

From an early age, he was involved in the family construction business, which focused on multifamily apartments and residential developments. Exposure to various trades during the projects developed his understanding of the construction process and his appreciation for quality artisanship. 

Frank started on his projects in the late 1990s in Maui. Soon after, he shifted to energy-efficient construction, utilizing an insulated forming system with structural concrete. The concept was well received in Hawaii and soon used on all Islands.  

Advanced Concrete Construction, LLC, is a product of Frank's knowledge of the building industry, his passion for creating, and his innovative use of materials. 

I can inspect your home or condo and see what you have in mind to remodel or add on. Then, I can assist in finalizing your design, keeping in mind the best and most cost-effective for your project.

I will deliver a complete cost estimate (including an allowance list) of items that have to be purchased. In addition, I have a list of recommended suppliers to aid in your choices if required.

Competent subcontractors have worked with me over the years, always performing excellent work. All work is done under my direct supervision, and I will be there to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget.

Advanced Concrete Construction, LLC is fully licensed and insured. We will secure all permits required by the County of Maui as needed.
